Tips For Grads Pt II -Casting your net

castanet.jpgLast week we discussed Amybeth Hale’s tips for college grads, which were great.  Amybeth was kind enough to point me to another great post in this area, that I consider a must read.  It’s a post written by recent grad and recently employed Jessica Lomelin.  It’s a great first hand account of how to manage your job search and market yourself, as you prepare to graduate.  In fact, as Jessica points out, this process starts much earlier than many would think and surprise, it includes strategies such as networking, and twittering.  Although this piece is told from the pre-grad point of view, I would highly recommend it to anyone in the job market.  Thanks Jessica for posting this.  To read Jessica’s story, click here.

Until next time…
